Why non-Government Donations?

The prosthetics supplied by the Veterans Administration (VA) have minimal functionality. Basically, they are low tech mechanical devices that fill an empty space, but do not provide the degree of mobility provided by modern prosthetic devices.

And, there’s a waiting list for these “dummy” limbs.

The VFW and the Wounded Warriors organization are raising funds to help our veterans obtain the best prosthetic limbs available. 100% of the donations made to the local VFW will be used for prosthetic limbs, Donations are tax deductible.

Cobb County contributors should send their donations to the Post Commander of the Roswell VFW.
